One of the most famous female racecar drivers, Danica Patrick once said “My goal is not to be the first female to do things or to be a poster child or a calendar girl. It’s to just win, because everything takes care of itself if you win.” That is a fantastic quote! Just get out there and show them what you can do. Let your talent and abilities speak for themselves.
I’m just hoping that Danica will continue to bring a positive light to women and driving. Then perhaps maybe someday instead of a guy screaming “woman driver” when I cut him off, he will smile and say “wow – way to cut that corner!” It could happen… :-?
