Thanks to Michelle for alerting me that my forms were not working. YIKES!!! I tracked down the problem and apparently when my site was recently migrated to a new server, the image verification process for all of my forms was broken. I thought it got awfully quiet around here!
Anyway…I just fixed the issue and the forms are working properly (I tested them all myself). If you have been trying to reach me about a custom design or any other issue, please accept my apology and send me another message. I promise I’ll receive it this time. Thanks!
