Years ago, this design probably wouldn’t have even been requested. Women in the field of communications was scarce to non-existent. I know first hand how tough it is to break into broadcasting as a female. It has been a boys club of sorts for many years.
In the blogosphere, the number of women podcasting and hosting webinars is still small in size. That is changing as more and more women find their voice and begin sharing their knowledge and insight with the world.
