The channel, called ‘Smart Girls Channel’ on youtube, was founded by three women: actress Amy Poehler, producer Meredith Walker and musician Amy Miles.
On the channel there are several different shows that all celebrate cool girls! One show, called Smart Girls at the Party, features Amy Poehler interviewing different girls about passions they’re pursuing. They’ve spoken to all sorts of talented and driven girls, from volunteers to drag racers to musicians to writers! These are girls who are out there proving girls can do anything they way to!
Another show is called ‘Girls of the World’ and features girls making video post cards about their daily lives all over the world. Ever wondered what a girl from Paris does with her time?
