One of my all-time favorite motivational songs is by a country band called Sugarland. The song is called “Stand Back Up” and I really wish they would release a real video for it. The song is just amazing and no one can do it quite like they can. I found a couple youtube clips of it, but they really don’t do it justice. Give it a listen and tell me what you think. This song…OMG…this song has been the foundation to my overcomings of my darkest hours. Without this song, as crazy as it seems, I don’t know if I would be here on this earth now enjoying every waking moment with my 2 children. When you feel your lowest, put this song on as loud as you can and tell me you don’t say the first song of this song with a certain sense of strength? ‘So, go ahead and that your best shot…I’m laid out on the floor but I’LL STAND BACK UP!!!’ we have to just keep standing back up! We are getting stronger with every punch life tries to knock us down with. Don’t GIVE UP – STAND UP!

:x This song is so inspirational for women all over. I’m not much of a country music fan, although the words give a girl strength. The words move your heart and say your not the only one, there are many great women standing with you on this one..:)
