Natalia’s Indoor Hockey Shock

When we were at gym all the boys decided to play indoor-hockey while the girly girls (I mean the queen bees did dance.) Me and my friend decided to be with the guys cause we thought it would be fun.

My crush’s friend came and said “kid, no girly girls allowed, you’ll probably break a nail if you play.
That made me and my friend angry. You know what? I said “Come on get your friends. We’re playing 12 vs 1.”

My crush made a worried face and said to not do it cause I’ll get hurt. I was flattered but I said “I’ll be fine.” To make it even more fun, the girly girls came and put on the Beyonce song “Single Ladies” as
we began the game. Everybody was watching. Since there were 24 boys they split it into 12.

Later, I went through and slid, then rolled over to get the ball. I was too fast for them, but in a couple of seconds that same dumb guy grabbed the hocky stick, tripped me on purpose and I fell to the floor bleeding with a broken ankle and crying. :(

My crush came after me to see if I was okay but the stupid guy said “you see you ain’t no match for us.” My crush started yelling at him until I got up, gave a mean and scary face and limped to the starting line.

He was shocked. So was my crush.

Next when I still hit the puck, the guy knocked me out and I kind of went to the nurse in the wheel chair. All I remember was when I woke up, my crush and my bff was staring at me it was kind of funny cause my friend was like “your prince charming was worried about you.” He turned red.

When I came back to gym the next day, me, my crush and my best friend were walking together to shoot some hoops. The same guy came and you won’t believe what he said!

He was like “I’m sorry for pressuring you. I didn’t mean to, please go out with me.” I said “sorry, but there is only one guy for and and that is…” (a secret!!!)
