Morgan Taught Boys New BMX Tricks

I was told I couldn’t go to this skate park and ride my BMX bike because I was a girl and I wouldn’t be able to take the blows by a park officer. I said ‘Sir, its a free country. Besides, I would like to see you ride a bike in here.’ I wasn’t being a smart-aleck or anything– I was simply stating what was on my mind. He thought a moment and then just said ‘Whatever.’

So I went in– and you know what? I proved them all wrong, every one of those boys. I did some tricks they had never even heard of– after this incident, I received and apology for the rude behavior of the boys and I this local store even asked if I would like it if they sponsored me! I turned them down with my head held high.

I simply said to them ‘Sorry, I’m a girl, I guess I can’t do what you want.’ with a smile on my face.
