I play football!!

Since I was little I have done things that boys like to do. Like when my older brother has friends over and they played football games I always wanted to play with them.

I also Drag Race. I race a Jr. Dragster. But lets not get off topic.

I started playing football in 2010-2011. I was 11. I played on a team called the Titans. It was a pee-wee league. I started tight end and defensive end and I loved it.

So this year my mom didn’t really want me to play for our 7th grade team and we debated over it all summer. She finally decided to let me play!!

The school year was already started for about a month. So we talked to the athletics director, and it took him forever to decide so ALL of the boys that played football with me went to his office and told him to please let me play. So he did.

I was so excited. The first time I went in the athletics period the coach tried me out for tight end and defensive end. And he said I was amazing. The games started and the referees were talking about me. Which was a good thing. They said that I was really good.

That really makes me feel good.

But then in practice I pulled a tendon in my left arm. The doctor said if I wouldn’t have done anything about it and kept playing I would have had to have surgery. Good thing the season was almost over.

Now I’m playing softball. I LOOVEEE it!! I’m pitcher. My first year of pitching went amazing. The referees were saying I was doing really good for my first year of pitching. So I have been offered for an all-star softball team for softball.
