Girls Can’t WHAT? has been Officially Trademarked

Posted by: gretchen on April 9, 2008 |

Just a little announcement to let everyone know that the phrase Girls Can’t WHAT? has been officially trademarked. After a long and tedious process (and a load of cash), I received written notice and a certificate noting that my trademark application has been approved and “Girls Can’t WHAT?” is now officially registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.   If you’re not sure what all the hoopla is about, it means I can now put the registered symbol (little R with a circle around it) after the name Girls Can’t WHAT?® and that phrase cannot be used on products or media, etc. without my express permission.   :D
